First time at Patara and it didn’t disappoint. The food was good, much pricier than other Thai restaurants but the quality made a difference. A bit of a shame the lack of attention to detail in certain aspects, for example the area downstairs was very untidy and the male toilets whilst clean had a dead bromeliad plant. The Restaurant Manager should have a proper look downstairs that let Patara down.
Lovely food! Lovely drinks and the inside of the restaurant is quiet and well decorated! The staff are all so accommodating and welcoming, all in all a lovely evening spent for a birthday dinner! Were surprised with a cake and ice cream at the end!
We had a lovely meal here. The duck massman curry was amazing. We also tried the chor muang (dumplings stuffed with a caramelised chicken and peanut filling) but we thought the ratio was off as there was too much starchy dumpling and not enough filling.
To say I had a phenomenal lunch here is an understatement. Incredibly delicious food, lovely staff members and a relaxing environment gave me and my partner a great experience. Before I finish my review I also have to make a special mention about the coconut and chicken soup I ordered. That bowl of soup was unreal, I could eat that every day for a year and not get bored of it.
We had a lovely dinner here, the waitresses were very friendly and the food was delicious. Very reasonable too!
